About TEI

When a Christian decides not to participate in sharing their faith, they miss out on the joy and adventure of seeing God’s power at work, in seeing His power work through them, and in seeing their life and other lives transformed.

We offer training to help pastors, churches, and Christian organizations in sharing their faith in a way that builds bridges to people who need Christ. Our goal is to teach everyday people in the church how to share their faith without offending or feeling obnoxious.

Our Mission

The Mission of The Evangelism Institute (TEI) is to inspire and equip believers in Jesus Christ to communicate God’s truth to a changing world with gentleness and respect.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ is God in the flesh who walked among us, died on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins, and on the third day arose bodily from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and is now our High Priest and mediator.
We believe that God has assigned to the Church the worldwide mission of the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ including evangelism, discipling, teaching, and baptism.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe that for those separated from God, regeneration by The Holy Spirit is essential
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
